A big chunk of Italian parmesan.

Do you have green fingers?
No, unfortunately. We have quite a few green plants, but I’m embarrassed to say my husband takes care of them. He also grow herbs at our Hvaler-cabin, which I am more than happy to eat!
What do you do to make your day green?
I recycle everything, I eat as clean as possible and almost always make dinner from scratch with fresh vegetables, I use organic soaps and cleaning products and buy recycled, second hand or vintage as often as I can. I also try to reduce flying to a minimum.
Whats your fits-to-all-occasions-garment?
A vintage navy blue coat with gold buttons from Aquascutum. It has such a beautiful fit and goes well with everything. It’s simple and glamourous at the same time.

Four sequin dresses, a big faux fur coat in leopard print, a chunky knitted sweater, a pair of boots and my Levis 501.
